The Cost Business Analyst will assist Headquarters Program staff and Country Office staff, based in Tier One countries in Africa, Asia/South Pacific, Latin America and the Caribbean, and Central and Eastern Europe, in their efforts to design project proposals for funding from diverse institutional sources, such as bilateral, multilateral, mega-foundations and host government donors. This position will coordinate with the Area Vice Presidents, Directors of Programs, Regional Directors, Senior Director of PM&E, Country Directors of Tier One countries, Directors of Finance and Administration, and Project Managers. The Cost Business Analyst will work closely and in coordination with team members of the Business Development Unit, based at Heifer International’s HQ in Little Rock, AR, and the Washington, DC office.
