This post will provide an exciting and challenging opportunity for the right individual to develop the University’s environmental strategy.

The role encompasses a wide range of issues, with a focus around energy management and environmental issues.

You will contribute to a HEFCE funded project to investigate the feasibility of a shared service for carbon management in small to medium higher education institutions, as well as assisting with day to day energy management across the University estate.

You will have

• A good understanding of a wide range of environmental issues
• Effective analytical, communication, and IT skills
• Enthusiasm, drive and initiative to work independently on a range of practical and awareness raising projects with staff and students
