Salary: £31,798 - £45,336 per annum
Working within Newcastle Business School, as a member of the Organisation and Human Resource Management Subject Group, you will contribute to the delivery of research and learning and teaching activities across the School's portfolios. Your role will include programme development, delivery and management and, in addition, will offer you the opportunity to develop your subject specialism, with a key focus being the production of research publications and outputs.
It is essential that you are qualified to Doctoral level, can demonstrate specialist knowledge of the Human Resource Management Subject area, in particular International Human Resource Management and/or Reward Management, have experience in the design, development and delivery of successful learning and teaching outcomes and have appropriate academic research outputs suitable for a REF submission and accreditation bodies.
