Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated recent graduate or postgraduate to develop a wide range of vegetable oil based products and a detailed scientific understanding of complex fat crystallisation networks. Playing a key role in managing this 30 month fixed term KTP project, you will be a University employee, based at AAK in Hull; subsequently a permanent direct AAK role may be available.

You will be an honours graduate (at least 2.1) or postgraduate in the physical sciences. A familiarity with analytical techniques such as XRD spectroscopy and electron microscopy would be advantageous as would a background in materials science.
