World Wildlife Fund (WWF), the global conservation organization, seeks a Development Officer to identify, cultivate, solicit and manage a portfolio of annual giving donors and prospects. In this role, the successful candidate will be the face of WWF for mid-level supporters. S/he will develop and cultivate ongoing relationships with key individuals and help grow WWF’s gift pipeline.
A Bachelor’s degree with three years of experience in fundraising, cultivation and solicitation, particularly with individual donors, in a development or fundraising setting is required. Must be a team player; have experience with relationship management in a Development environment; possess an understanding of WWF's mission and have the capacity to share our core values with current and prospective donors. Knowledge of conservation/environmental issues is preferred.
