We are now searching for a:

HEAD OF AGRICULTURE,
FOOD & BEVERAGE INDUSTRIES

You will lead the management of relationships with the Agriculture, Food & Beverage (AFB) companies that are Members and Partners of the Forum, and identify new partnerships. You will ensure the engagement and integration of AFB Members and Partners into the Forum's activities and develop and manage the industry partnership programmes and value proposition.

You will conduct world-class programmes enabling industry leaders to address their key issues in a multistakeholder environment, and lead the development of a world-class knowledge network that will provide advice and insight on the key issues facing the consumer industries. You will serve as a lead member of the Consumer Industry team and interact in this capacity with the World Economic Forum leadership team as appropriate.

You have a Master's degree in business administration, or equivalent, and 7-10 years' professional experience, including a senior line or staff position in an FMCG organization, preferably a major multinational corporation, which offered broad visibility of the key industry issues. Alternatively, a senior consulting experience with substantial exposure to, and visibility within, this industry segment would be considered.

You need to be a strategic, mature, effective, collaborative and highly credible leader with the personality and gravitas to be considered a peer by the top-level management of global companies. You have an international mindset and are able to work well across cultures. You have a perfect command of written and spoken English and, preferably, another language.
