Senior Communications Officer

PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Develop and implement internal communications campaigns that engage our 40000 staff around strategic mandates, Partnership strategy and other global initiatives, with an emphasis on creative and new media elements.
Contribute to the thinking of the internal communications team in how to use visual, graphic and digital techniques to enhance all projects and activities.
Create internal communications tools for use by the communications teams in World Vision's seven regions, work with them to contexualise their messages; measure effectiveness of tools and penetration of messages.
