£36,870 per annum inc Inner London Weighting
This exciting new role will support the work of the RCN’s new Policy and International Department by analysing global health and development issues of relevance to nursing and supporting international development projects, including opportunities for partnerships with sister organisations and advocacy work. As part of a large membership organisation, the postholder will also support nurses’ engagement and awareness of international humanitarian issues and policy development
Educated to degree level or equivalent, and with experience of working in international development in the health sector with a broad range of partners, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and project planning skills and a sound understanding of global health issues and UK international development programmes.
