£15,000 - £17,109 per annum (plus £3,300 London Market Allowance if London based)

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service orientated individual, to act as a concierge. This person will be the first point of contact for all staff queries relating to:
• Building Services
• Basic I.T problems
• The operation/arranging of general office equipment
• Supporting mail and customers services including meeting room set ups

You will have: at least 1-2 years Customer Service experience, be punctual, required to work within a shift rota, basic computer skills and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office. Excellent listening and oral communication skills. The ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks simultaneously whilst interacting with staff and the ability to work well within a team. A basic knowledge of Manual Handling is desirable. The Post holder will be required to work as part of a shift pattern in operation 8.00am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday
