The eight countries where World Vision works in East Asia are home to some of the most vulnerable children in the region, if not the world facing huge development challenges.
The Regional Leader will be responsible for direct leadership as well as strategic oversight and governance of our operations, encompassing development work, emergency relief, justice initiatives and civil society building in the East Asia region.
We are looking for a visionary leader who can combine strong business disciplines with sensitive and inspirational spiritual leadership skills in line with our Christian values and ethos. You will have a passionate desire to help others, especially children.
You will have at least 10 years senior leadership experience, at least 3 in the East Asia region, preferably in the NGO sector. Fluency in English and a relevant Masters degree expected.
