Winrock International, a nonprofit organization, has two openings for County Manager for its Building Responsibility for the Delivery of Government Services (BRIDGE) Program in Sudan.
Base locations will be in the Akobo County and Pibor County in Jonglei State.
The primary responsibility will be to implement and manage the BRIDGE County Planning and Budgeting and relevant Human Resources activities for BRIDGE targeted county institutions/officials, and provide oversight of all administrative and financial support functions of the BRIDGE program in the county.
Masters Degree required, preferably in political science, international relations, law, or public administration related field.
Must have a minimum 10 years experience in implementing, managing and monitoring decentralization and LG capacity building projects, including technical and administrative experience managing and overseeing USAID funded Democracy and Governance development projects.
