Social Franchise Manager Position
The social franchise programme at MSI is growing rapidly to complement MSI's existing clinics and mobile outreach programmes. MSI's social franchise programme aims to strengthen national health systems by engaging the private
sector in the delivery of high quality reproductive health care services.
MSI has social franchise programmes in nine countries in Africa and Asia with over 1,300 franchised private providers. MSI is looking to increase the productivity of current franchises, expand the scale of programmes, and
initiate new franchise programmes.
The Social Franchise Manager will be responsible for ensuring the clinical quality of MSI's social franchising programmes globally. The candidate will be responsible for strengthening the systems and processes necessary to
increase access to high quality family planning services for low income and underserved people, and generate evidence to support improvements in operations and programme growth.
The successful candidate will have strong clinical skills and experience in the reproductive health combined. This post involves extensive international travel (up to 60%). You must be pro-choice on abortion.
