World Wildlife Fund (WWF), the global conservation organization, seeks an IT Financial Systems Support Specialist to provide daily technical support for its financial systems which include Oracle Enterprise Business Suite (EBS), Hyperion Planning, and Hyperion Financial Reporting. The Support Specialist will have a strong technical background and work as a team member to maintain financial systems and provide application support to end users of finance and accounting applications.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT and at least two years of DBA experience with Oracle databases is required. Exposure to Oracle 11g, Oracle EBS, Hyperion System 11, OEM for database monitoring, PL/SQL, SQL and database tools such as TOAD and PL/SQL Developer are highly desired. Experience with Linux OS, XML Publisher, Hyperion administrative and development tools, and Essbase are a plus. Strong technical troubleshooting and data analysis ability, verbal and written communication skills, documentation experience, and the ability to organize and prioritize projects and tasks appropriately are essential.
